Use the service lawfully
Customers must follow applicable law, provider rules and the rights of recipients. The service must not be used for fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, intellectual-property infringement or other illegal activity.
No abusive communications
Do not send spam, purchased-list campaigns without a lawful basis, misleading sender information, prohibited content or messages that ignore opt-out requests.
Protect accounts and systems
Do not share credentials improperly, probe or disrupt systems, bypass limits, upload malicious code, scrape without permission or attempt unauthorised access.
Responsible automation and AI
Automated and AI-assisted outputs require appropriate testing, supervision and escalation. Customers must not use the service to impersonate people deceptively or make consequential decisions without appropriate human review.
Enforcement
ReadySpace may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or suspend service where necessary to protect recipients, systems or providers. Final notice and appeal arrangements require review.
