Recurring subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed on the cycle stated in the applicable order. Taxes, payment timing, renewal terms and accepted payment methods must be confirmed in the final commercial terms.
Implementation and change requests
Implementation is quoted separately unless expressly included. Additional configuration, integrations, data work or training outside the agreed scope may be separately charged.
Usage-based charges
Communications, AI and other provider-metered services may be charged in addition to the subscription. Allowances, mark-ups, billing thresholds and overage treatment require owner approval.
Cancellation
Cancellation timing, notice requirements and the effective end date follow the applicable order and final terms. Stopping use does not automatically cancel recurring billing.
Refunds and disputes
Fees already earned, implementation work performed and third-party usage charges are generally expected to be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the final approved agreement.
Customers should raise billing questions promptly through the published support channel. Final dispute windows and refund exceptions require legal and commercial review.
